At first I was like whatttt 20 bucks for 4 cookies, and I said let's go out on a limb and try, bc that is a lot of money but if they're that much they better be bomb.... And it was worth it! They're big and crispy gooood!!! Definitely worth it and reminds me of the cookie version of sublime cupcakes!

The afterlife cake tastes amazing. My first time having Crumbl and the cake was tasty, the cream cheese went really well with the chocolate cake.

Not too happy with my experience this evening. I ordered on doordash, arrived at the store, and showed my order to two employees, one at least 3 times before my order came out. I watched as other customers came in and purchased off the self ordering machine and were handed their orders before I got mine. The store cleared out a couple times, and I still hadnt received my cookies. It wasnt until several customers later that I finally inquired about the time on my order again. The same employee I showed my order to a few times before asked to see my door dash order about 2 more times before finally handing me a sealed box. The patriotic fruit pizza I requested was not in the box. I wasnt notified they ran out. While the cookies were good, the service wasnt the best. I understand it gets busy, but it's not an excuse to forget the customer you're supposed to be helping. At least a status update on my order wouldve been appreciated.

I was so excited because I ordered from them in the past but through their website. Maybe that's where I went wrong, I don't know but when I received my order my box was destroyed & the cookies almost fell out several times . I paid a lot for them so it was a bummer.
