• DoorDash orderThe chocolate French silk pie was a runny chocolate pudding that spilled over into the box onto the other cookies. The runny chocolate pudding was poured over a chocolate cookie in a small pie tin. It was the first item that I haven't loved from Crumbl. I will not order this item again.

I don't beleive hair belongs on my shortcake either put your hair under a hairnet

• DoorDash orderThe product is good but the service is very poor, particularly for a premium-priced product. The store staff completely ignored my pick-up order despite me checking in upon my arrival. I waited over 30 minutes in-store after being told they were working on my party box order. Meanwhile many customers placed and received orders during my wait.
