Cookies were delicious and soft. But the description said they were warm cookies. These were very cold like they'd been refrigerated. I normally wouldn't care but I paid $25 for 6 cookies. I'd kinda want what was advertised

Seriously? Compare what they sent me to the Pink Doughnut cookie they put on their website. It's not even close. There is barely any icing at all and like 5 sprinkles total lol. I know they saw this before putting it in the box like come on now. Why would you do that?

Cookies were good but highly disappointed I paid extra to gift wrap it for a bday. The sticker said "congrats" and my personalized note was nowhere to be found on the box.
