Gave 4 stars because they messed up one of my cookies! I was supposed to get the caramel popcorn cookie instead they gave me a sugar cookie!! A little disappointed since I spent $18.99 for Mini 6-Pack! At least you can get it right or call me for a different option if you guys didn't have anymore! But other than that 10/10 for the cookies n the cake!

I got the oreo, Nilla cookie, cake batter blondie, and the hazelnut sea salt and this has hands down been the best crumbl week for me ever

the cookies we ordered were great, the ones we did not were bad. unfortunately they mixed up our order and these cookies pictured were the "classic chocolate chip".

Firstly, the cookies are amazing, but that's a given! Their business practices are what impress me the most, though! They ran out of 2 of the cookies I ordered, so they substituted 2 others AND gave me a voucher for a free 4 pack!! That's incredible customer service if you ask me! Highly recommend Crumbl Cookies!
