I don't understand why it took so long to pack the order. I placed a pick up order, got text that it's ready, and arrived 10 minute later. Still I had to wait three people, let them know my name, and they started to pack mine. What's the point of pick up order? I like all about taste, but it would be better to have some system.

Why does it take so long to fill an order? Ordered at 4:48 pm. Filled at 5:30 pm. And there were 13 people in lobby when I gathered. No one greets you or anything? I like the cookies but the experience is horrible.

the Benson Boone cookie was so good.
it was almost mystical.... magical even.
had me taking off my blue jeans,
dancing at the movies, etc.
