• DoorDash orderCrumbl has gone way downhill. The last TWO times I have ordered from them the cookies have been SUPER DRY and hard. Not sure if the cookies are a couple of days old or just overcooked, but the quality is not what it used to be. I used to love their original pink sugar cookies (they used to be moist and soft- perfect texture, but these days they are hard and dry). Their prices are outrageous and the quality sucks. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Dont waste your money.
