One of the chicken strip wasnt cooked my fries are very salt first time experiencing this at this store very disappointed

My husband Chicken Strip Baskets was cold and the fries were stale. However my Chili Cheese Dog was AMAZINGLY delicious. The seasoning in the chili was seasoned and yummy! The shakes were delicious as well.
