I paid for extra butterfinger pieces and they literally gave me less than the standard. I tried mixing it up and everything but there were maybe three total pieces of butterfingers. Doordash didn't give me a refund for it either.

It tasted really good... it just wasn't... an equal amount of topping? like I had more of the Brookie pieces than I did the oreo.

They used to let you customize. I would ask for extra thick and extra chocolatey. They were awesome!! But they don't allow such requests anymore, and the shake I got this time was not worth the price, even if it had been free.

Gross. I asked for peanut butter drizzle and they filled the WHOLE cup with it. I couldnt even taste the ice cream and the villana ice cream was the colo of straight pea butter
