The employee I talked to was nothing but kind and helpful and allowed me to switch one of my blizzards over. All 3 Blizzards tasted great :)

I got the Chicken Strips and Fry-Rings Basket . my chicken strips were little chicken nuggets, I didn't get my onion rings, none, and I got a table spoon of gravy in my cup. not worth the money. my fiance's order was the same

Original Chicken Sandwich (Grilled) was so old it was hard in spots, tomato was mush, and to top it off the lettuce was literally half brown. The Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso were hard as rocks with maybe 1-2 specs on salt on them basically just hard bread. Not normally one to complain but these items should not have left the store.

management wrote me a little note saying they sold out of grilled chicken so they replaced it with crispy and made it like the melt i ordered so sweet. good customer service. nice personal touch with the note.

Chicken strip basket is always the same quality, along with the dipping sauce, consistently good. Oreo blizzard to top it off is always a good choice.
