I called ahead to ask if they could tape my order bag closed as they always leave wide open with no tape at all which is unsafe for many reasons. They did not put any tape even though I requested it and they said they would. Also they put up that they had a donut available but they didn't and they could not give me refund which was annoying as I had no choice but to choose a donut I did not want. Obviously the donuts are delicious but the service annoyed me.

got the kit kat milkshake with extra ice cream, extra nuttela and extra choc topp??
was pretty good taste wise but the main issue i have is how many 'floaties' are in there, i know theres supposed to be chunks of kit kat in there but it was just too much otherwse it was good
