• DoorDash orderAs usual, the Single B&G + Bacon + MD Coffee is one of the best bargains in town. And this place opens earlier except any place but McDonald’s or Starbucks. So if you are an early riser and wake up craving biscuits and gravy, plus really good bacon and coffee, this is the place to go. Just make sure you choose the South Commercial location of Daynight Donuts, because the b&g at the other location, as I mentioned in a previous review, are not so good.
Chocolate Darigold Milk bottle pint was really good with the coffee instead of cream to make a diy mocha. Satisfied my chocolate cravings for the day.

• DoorDash orderCroissant Egg, Sausage, Cheese Sandwich is a bit smaller than the ones from Burger King, but then it costs less, too. Very tasty.
20 Oz Americano was excellent and they honored my request for cream but no sugar.
Large Apple Fritter lived up to its name. It was ginormous. Two people could definitely split one.

• DoorDash orderThe bundle of Single B&G + Bacon + MD Coffee is a real bargain. Biscuits and gravy are as good as any I've had at fancier restaurants for twice the price. Bacon is lean and crisp, and they honored my request to package them separately from the b&g, so no gravy on the bacon.
I meant to savor the 12 Glazed Raised donut holes slowly with my coffee, but they were so delicious I scarfed them down almost immediately.

• DoorDash orderDouble Biscuits & Gravy. were similar in quality to those I've had at other restaurants that charge twice as much. Biscuits tasted homemade and the gravy had big chunks of sausage in it. The 2-Piece Bacon Strips were lean & crispy, although I wish they'd put them in a separate container, because they did get gravy on them.
I haven't tried every restaurant in Salem, so I can't vouch for whether it's actually Salem's best coffee, but the 20 Oz Hot Coffee was very good.

• DoorDash orderThe Single B&G + Bacon + MD Coffee combo is a really good deal, even compared to the a la carte price of these items from the same store. And the taste compares favorably with far pricier restaurants I've tried. Just be sure to order from this location. I've had biscuits and gravy from the Portland Road location that were like a dog's dinner, and they nearly always screw up my coffee order. The South Commercial location is superior in every way.
12 Jelly doughnut holes were yummy - didn't find one unfilled one. Also very fresh.
