Their food is a testament to the authentic taste of South India, and the consistency in taste is simply remarkable. Apologies for the half-eaten chutneys and sambar. I couldn’t resist finishing my plate of idli sambar first. After satisfying my hunger, I quickly took pictures of the remaining order of idli chutney.
