Usually I really love Deep Purpl. It's my favorite açaí store. However, smaller cup sizes were sent in my last order, the toppings were lacking (only a bit of powdered/condensed milk on top, no extra layers in the middle as usual), and the banana was bad/dark. Despite this, I was only offered 50% refund. I am providing this feedback so that the store can improve its service to how it normally was.
