First time trying del taco and last time. The burrito was made sloppy and majority beans, one corner of sour cream, one corner of lettuce. Pure garbage

Why is the rice so hard? It's like tiny rocks. Actually inedible. The beans were super dry. Very disappointing, I could not even eat this.
