“I will open my restaurant in America” was just a random fantasy of a 10-yr old girl in the outskirts of New Delhi, India. And as destiny would have it, some 20+ years later DELHICACY, an Indian Stree…
Delhicacy is hands-down the BEST Indian restaurant in CR! Their butter chicken, samosa chaat, saag paneer, and chana masala are to die for and I always look forward to trying new dishes from them. Definitely give them a try if you haven't yet!

This burrito looks nothing like the picture. I received a poorly wrap burrito. Inside of the burrito was nothing but really dry chicken and rice. Nothing else. No flavor. No sauce, no vegetables. Do not get the Chicken Tikka Currito . Its not worth the price. And fyi if you get a side of chips, they will give you about 15 lays! Ridiculous.

At these prices you're not expecting great food. you expect mediocre food. But what you're getting is bad food.
the meat in the Chicken Tikka Kebabs and the Lamb Tikka Masala was super dry. It had a texture somewhere between tough and chewy. The curry is about 1/3 green peppers. So if you're a fan, you're in for a treat.

The Chicken Tikka Masala was good, it wasn't as spicy as I would have wanted but the flavor combination was delicious. The Lamb Curry was decent, the meat was dry and chewy . But the sauce was flavorful, there was a lot of oil which gave that weird coating in your mouth. The Dessert Gulab Jamun only had two pieces in it, for the price I would think 4-6 pieces would be more acceptable. The Garlic Naan was very good. All in all I would have given a 4 star rating had the prices matched the amount of food you received.

Best Indian Restaurant in Cedar Rapids. Butter paneer is hands down the best I've ever had; even after living in 2 large metropolitan areas, this is the best Indian food I have experienced.
