Desta Ethiopian Kitchen is certainly a one-of-a-kind experience, fusing Ethiopian culture with modern business strategies.
Listen, I knew that Desta food was delicious from previous experiences of ordering their pasta, but those Lamb Tibs over the onions WAS ON DELICIOUS OVERLOAD! The Ijera, a spongy like, gray pancake textured bread soaks up the flavors beautifully! 5stars from me! This is the end result, sorry!

The *Vegan Platter was delicious! The food came and it was still warm, it was fresh and each dish had their own distinct flavor. And dont get me started on that *Limoncello Mascarpone Cake ! It made me fall back in love with cake lol it was the best cake i've ever had.

The salmon tibs cooked with gomen are my new go-to. I get it with rice and ater(yellow split peas). It's usually enough for 2 meals for under $20

Ive ordered the filet tips in the past and those are my favorite (5 stars) along with the vegan platter. I didnt realize these had bone and a lot more fat. The flavor is good though. Attached a picture.

I order from Desta often and it's consistently delicious and fresh! The vegan platter is amazing and enough food for two people or multiple meals.
