1)I do not like mushrooms & requested that they be eliminated from my pizza. So, before I could eat any, I had to pick them off the pcs. I was going to eat each time! 2)I received 2 pcs. of garlic bread. I thought I was to get 4 @ least for $3.15! Rec'vd 1 long pc. & 1 short pc.,both burned on the bottom!! I was very disappointed! The salad was fine.

Pepperoni (Medium) was good, 1/2 Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread sticks were good, but I'm taking off a star for the salad and lack of napkins/utensils. The Italian Chef Entree was disappointing. It was an overpriced head of lettuce. Very little toppings and I swear there was supposed to be pepperoni in it. I only received 1 small pouch of salad dressing with this huge bowl of lettuce. I'd order the pizza again, but not the salad. If you are preparing an order for a hotel or hospital guest, you really need to include napkins, plates, utensils, and 2 dressings per $12 salad.
