Ordered Dan noodles to be delivered. They came with nothing, just naked noodles. Portion was tiny. No sauce on them, no green onions or bean sprouts, just a plain tiny side of top ramen noodles. Very disappointing to say the least

the ratio of dumplings to soup is off, while I like that there are more dumplings; the amount of soup was so small that I ended up eating mostly dumplings.
the Non-Spicy Beef Sandwich (1) 大嘴牛肉包 (不辣) wasn't that good either. the beef was too thin and dry. it started to flake off as I was eating it. they also included a pickle in the bun as well which was the only thing I tasted.

10/10! The boxes are packed well and clean. ortion of Dan Dan Noodle 担担面 is small but its good so you can order more dishes. Pot Pork & Shrimp Pot Stickers 猪肉三鲜锅贴 is exac what I have in mind. Pork Wonton w/ Chili Sauce 红油猪肉小抄手 are tiny but the sauce is good. Kale w/Sesame Dressing 麻酱羽衣甘蓝 is very fresh.

This in not a food that travels well and is probably better enjoyed in restaurant, the drive here took 10 minutes and i believe that affected the quality. Dan Dan Dan Noodles Ⓥ🌶️🌶️ 担担面 have a potent flavor that I don't find appetizing, I believe it is the yibin sprouts. I noticed other recent orders getting it without. The noodles were all stuck together and dry. The Pork Xiao Long Bao (8) 鲜肉小笼包 tasted like the ones from the store, nothing special. They were all stuck together and ripping apart, the few i could eat intact had little soup. The Chicken Potstickers (6) 鸡肉锅贴 flavor was really good but since there are no holes poked in the packaging they did not stay crispy. The Ube Milk Tea (Cold) 紫薯奶茶 (冷) is very good.
