Honestly a little speechless. The cheese was squeaky and delicious, the arepas were flavorful and soft, the Empanada was crunchy outside and cheesey inside, the black beans were probably the best I've ever had, and both the shredded beef in the Original pabebowl and the shredded chicken in the Queen breakfast were incredible. The garlic aioli was phenomenal with the arepas. Very rich. Probably don't order these dishes if you have heart problems. SUPER filling, we definitely have leftovers. 10/10 will order again!

We gone in person and ordered several times now, the food has been consistent and so good every time. They package the food well and it's the same portions & quality as in house. The chicken parrilla is really really good! One of us wanted a bacon cheeseburger and it was a real burger with fries that are more like crescent shaped steak fries, a nice surprise to get fresh fries & a burger.

I ordered cheese empanadas, shredded beef empanadas, ground beef empanadas, and passion fruit juice ALL DELICIOUS!! Dukes has been our go-to for venezuelan food for the last few years despite having tried so many places. Their food and juices are the best!!!

Everything you order from Dukes tastes AMAZING! Tequeños, cachapa, all the sauces are so delicious and way better than ANY competing restaurants. They will accommodate any order you request. I love Dukes and order from them a few times a week.

Good or bad first? The price does not reflect the unit shown. The price is per 1 item. I ordered one night and received correct qty...tonight I ordered and Pastelitos show 4 tiny meat pies, I only got 1 this time instead of 4. So each tiny item is $4-$5 each. I called and they said that the photographed Empanadas we previously order 1 unit as pictured and we received what was reflected in picture but tonight we did not receive the 2 advertised and got in prior order?! We called and they said they must have messed up on our first delivery. The food that we did get , both times; as I mentioned above- was amazing quality and incredible taste : texture ; hence the reason we ordered them again. However if the advertised qty and price are falsely advertised and then "accidentally" fulfilled on first order but not on the second order - I don't feel like the price is justified for just 1 small item...regardless of how good it is, I cant justify ordering "enough" for my family at that price point. If you have an avg 4 person household and order 2-3 items at $4-$5 per 1 person you will easily be paying min $15 for "small bites" for just one person and then avg total $60-$80 for 4 people to eat. If I'm going to spend that kind of money ; I expect more food and ATLEAST honorable advertised, consistent service . And the response in terms of customer service was not very concerned about mis representation... I would be your most loyal customer if you ATLEAST tried to rectify the major misleading... qty/cost. However the gentleman we spoke with about the order shortage and over priced qty , he was not concerned about keeping us as customers or having an explanation!
