Normally this place is great, this time some of the dumplings seemed a little under cooked

Arrived piping hot and portion sizes were generous. However, Shrimp Toast contained no shrimp, Wagyu Dumplings were bland, Kimchi Fried Rice contained very little bacon, and General Tso`s Chicken 左宗棠鸡 was rubbery. Would not order from here again. :(
