The Dunkin' Midnight was delicious and was prepared perfectly as ordered; it was still very hot when it was delivered. Cup, however, was not sealed. In the past, the coffee has been barely warm when I received it and not prepared exactly as ordered. I would appreciate it if the coffee was placed in a coffee-holder inside a delivery bag for easier contactless delivery and retrieval. It helps protect the cup and to prevent accidental spillage upon delivery and retrieval.

Food was very cold! & im not sure what caused the wetness of the bag that my Pancake Wake-Up Wrap® - Bacon, Egg & Cheese was in but it caused the pancake to have a weird taste. Overall , i waited and anticipated this meal only to be highly disappointed. Hash Browns were great tho!

my order was wrong I wanted a sausage egg and cheese croissant but I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel the hash browns were soggy and drenched in oil and my ice coffee is watery.
