Matcha Latte ordered in large, open cup, received the same amount inside as my medium Americano why should I pay extra for a larger size if I'm not going to actually get more? besides that everything of course tastes great as always.

My cappuccino was literally half foam with an inch missing at the top and maybe 4 inches of coffee at the bottom. At least it tasted good this time and not burnt but I would like to also have what I paid for not a half cup full.

Excellent! didnt have two Frosty Red Velvet Specialty Donuts for us just one but sent another plus one more. Awesome thoughtfulness!

There was no ice in my Iced Macchiato. Almost no cream cheese on my bagel. Bagel was raw, not toasted. Hash b were ice cold.
