All 3 bagels were over toasted, burnt, dry, and hard as rock. The bagels barely had any cream cheese at all, and they were all cold and stale. Had to get something else for breakfast. Horrible service.

Ordered a box of Joe , a box of hot chocolate, and 2 dozen donuts. All items were labeled correctly. When a staff member went to pour from the box labeled hot chocolate, it was coffee. I checked the other box to see they had mistakenly swapped stickers. They had given me 2 boxes of coffee. This is in no way the fault of the driver. This is not the first time I've had issues with this Dunkin location. There should be an option to contact the store.

My bagels are always burnt and barely any cream cheese we're put on them this is the first time they made my coffee the correct way highly dissatisfied

you can no longer choose how much cream you get. I choose the cream option and received none. they also out whatever cheese on your sandwich regardless of the option you choose. I don't know what location this is but they always mess something up on my order.
