Bagel was burnt I requested lightly toasted. No strawberry cream cheese so I requested veggie and received plain. First time ordering from this location as my usual location did not pop up. Disappointing...

I don't think this location knows how to make salted caramel cold brews as well as other Dunkin's I've been to. Plus they missed parts of my order leaving me pay for DoorDash delivery for only receiving part of my order....leaving a person without their meal. Very disappointed!
