Today I had dashed a code to my work I order a large iced coffee! I never had issues before but today I received the wrong coffee, I called the store and they were so helpful and replaced the item with the correct item! Everyone makes mistakes and I've never had issues with my orders here before so the fact that they were willing to make it right means a whole lot! Thank you Dunkin!

Original Blend Iced Coffee was great as always! but each of the Muffins I ordered looked like a finger was stuck in the middle making a hole, when I opened the bag.

2nd time the coffee spilled all over the food during delivery, the driver was so helpful it is not the driver's fault it is the way the food is being packed and Dunkin donuts this has happened two days in a row where the coffee has spilled out
