The Cajun Ranch boneless wings have always been my favorite! Hot and delicious! Mozzarella Stix here are fresh and the cheese pull is great!

Paid extra for max and cheese and gross, overly-cooked chips came instead. Buffalo chicken dip we weird served on aluminum foil that tore. Would never order that again. Disappointed. We are regular ECW customers.

The NEW! Fried Pickle Chips are covered in flavorless, hard breading and arrived without ranch. The Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps would be great if they weren't celery, carrot, onion wraps with a sprinkle of chicken. We ordered with no onions or scallions- it came with both and was missing the ranch. I can't compliment an incorrect/ incomplete dish that would otherwise be a great item! The ECW+G Buffalo Salad™is the best thing on the menu except for the old tomatoes. I can't believe I'm saying this but, real talk- Applebees has better boneless wings. Yikes.
Regarding presentation- other than the not so fresh tomatoes on the ECW+G Buffalo Salad™, everything was fresh, well presented, and clean. They even sent a small brown bag with neatly packaged wet wipes, crackers, utensils, etc. THIS detail turned a 2 star review into 3 stars.
Also the restaurant doesn't allow many customizations on DD, making it unpleasant to order takeout.
Our dasher was awesome!!! It's not his fault ECW+G doesn't do their best.

Both of the Chicken Caesar Salad had wet lettuce, missing Parmesan cheese and had burnt bread bites. I got this salad Sunday and it was amazing! Not sure what happened but I didn't think it was hard to mess up a Chicken Caesar Salad. the fries were fine
