I've ordered from this store several times and they always get something incorrect. However, what they do get correct is delicious.

Why would anyone want a dry bagel with no cream cheese and coffee with no cream or sugar. Absolutely disappointed with this order. Single Bagel Hot Coffee

The bagel and coffee were good as usual but I wish there was the option to get the cream cheese on the side. this is the reason I only give 3 stars.

awe man....I go here all the time and have never experienced this before. when I opened my bag, the smell of charred bagel hit me hard! Guys, if you wouldn't eat it, please don't send it to others. normally everything is wonderful that why they get a 3 today!
