Didnt have the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito this morning so they substituted a sandwich at no additional cost and threw in an extra Hashbrown! Love this place food is always quality!

Nova Lox lox was clumsily put together. extra thick onions, capers not dispersed small amount of salmon. sloppy. too much cream cheese. disproportionate.
honey wheatbagel was stale. Not chewy.
turkey Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar Sandwich was subpar onehash brown was missing, the otherwise cold and bland.

I ordered a toasted hashbrown bagel with onion chive shmear and received what looks to be a chocolate chip bagel not toasted with plain cream cheese. Not happy. I spent $22 total on this and it's not what I wanted.

the einstein on ogden makes your food with love, cuts the sandwich in half and damn near even writes you a thank you note saying they love and appreciate you. the einstein on oklahoma makes your food like they hate you for making them work.
