I haven't eaten here in a verylong time. They were at another location in Lemon
Grove when I discovered them. I remember
the food always being good, so, I decided to try them again. I wasn't disappointed!
The pollo plate (chicken) was in my opinion
better than that "other" pollo place. I ordered the special C - 1/2 flame broiled
chicken $18.99. It came with breast, thigh,
drum and wing. Whole pinto beans, very
delicious mex rice, 4 corn tortillas and plenty of salsa. I WANT TO THANK YOU
FOR THAT!!! I spent $45 at another taco
shop and they wouldn't give me more than
2 red salsas.It was either 2 red & 2 green or
just 2 red. It will be a very long time before
I order from them again. I also ordered your
Carne Asada Chips which also were very
good but I thought a bit too exspensive at
$17.99. Thank you and Iwill be back!!

The carne asada salad is really good and tasty and it's so big it's enough for at least 3 or 4 people, it's worth the price. The taco charros are the best tacos ever, grilled onions and grilled green and red bell peppers melted Monterey Jack cheese carne asada meat oh my goodness I'm making myself hungry just writing about these tacos, try them you won't be sorry.

The Pollo Asado Bowl was the star of the show today. I got mine without sour cream to reduce the dairy a bit. There is more flavor and tasty seasoning here than anything else I've ordered from other local Mexican food joints in a while, including Cotijas!
The 5 Beef Rolled Tacos are in the same camp: flavorful, just crunchy enough without breaking your teeth, and piled high with some really quality toppings. 10/10!

The Taco Charro is my favorite, grilled green and red bell peppers, and onions, carne asada meat It's the best taco ever and of course the chicken is the best, my go to place for chicken and Mexican food. 5 STARS all the way. I also love their taco sauce and salsa.

This plate was amazing!!! 5 Beef Rolled Tacos w/ Carne. Best combo ever. First time trying this and was delicious. It's the perfect plate when you can't decide between rolled taccos or carne asada fries. Will definitely order again.
