Today's order was definitely a better experience than the last. Employees took their time with the order. We ordered shredded chicken nachos (good amount of chips and wasn't messy - all ingredients placed well), chicken avocado burrito and the pollo bowl. Fulfilled all side items as well.

Ordered Double Chicken Tostada Salad. There wasn't a lot of chicken. Other than that, tasted great. Side of Pinto Beans are a little salty but balanced out my salad and rice. Side of Rice came out perfect. Kids really enjoyed the Macaroni & Cheese.

Tostada salad is good, plenty of it. I've got enough left for two more servings, that's a good thing because it was over $16 so it makes it worth the money. There was a problem with it, though the tostada shell or bowl about 1/3 of it was gone and it was not in the container. I don't know what happened but anyway it didn't affect the taste. I just don't understand what happened to it but thank you. I'll Pollo Loco and my Dasher Fernando.

The pozole was only a bowl of broth. It had no chicken and barely any hominy in it. The DOUBLE chicken bowl has only a few small pieces of shredded chicken. The chicken was different and did not taste very good on the nachos. It was all very disappointing.
