The Mondongo | Tripe Soup is very undercooked and chewy. Theres very little flavor and even less salt. Which can be a good or bad thing depending on whos eating it. Not tasty or good at all. EXTREMELY CHEWY. Very unpleasant to eat. The white rice is HARD and salty.

I ask for fried plantains they gave me a salad. the container of pork barley has meat inside and it's not enough for a family.

The food was good. But the sweet plantains were cut very large, browned on the outside but wet and undercooked on the inside.
