You guys are wizards. How do you make the food taste so good, even after being in a box for so long? Broccolini was absolutely perfect. Loved the char on my Black & Blue Burger and the fries were still crispy. Thanks for serving up the love

Fried Pickles were awesome! You can actually taste the pickle. Crispy Glazed Brussel Sprouts were a bit sour and kind of tasteless.

I ordered here for the first time after reading the reviews and I've been craving good quality burgers but the buns on both the burgers were a bit burnt (same with Crispy Brussel Sprouts) so they left a bitter taste in our mouths. Will most likely take my business elsewhere next time because the price doesn't match the quality/taste.

The 28 Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow* burger was good except that the buns got soggy in the container. I would expect the bread to be packed separate from the patty. The corn truffle side was okay, a bit small.
The Route 66 Root Beer Float was standard. I appreciate the ice cream being packed separately. I kind of wish they just gave me a bottle since for take out it loses the carbonation a bit in transit.

Eureka in Santa Clara Square has amazing customer service. I ordered a gluten free bun with my Fresno Fig and it was not available. I received a hand written note apologizing with a giftcard for compensation. My food was amazing and I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tori!
