the French Fries are really soft no real crunch. the seasoning on them looks as if it was just dumped on top over half of them the raw seasoning burns my mouth in a bad way so i cannot eat those.
the Onion Rings are very soft also no crunch but are at least edible and taste good.
the Large RibTip still moist, not over cooked, good smokey flavor and taste fresh. very good rtips.

Customer service was excellent. The lady who helped me was courteous and patient. I gave 4 stars because although the rib tips were good, mine was cold. The portion of tips with 2 sides wasn't worth $13.
