These are the best Birria Quesadillas I've had so far. Tons of meat and cheese, perfect amount of spiciness. Consumé is salty and full of onion and birria meat, and there is so much cilantro garnish on everything it has its own spiciness! The 50% off sale brought me in, but this level of quality food will keep me coming back!

I don't know if it was because I ordered in the morning but wow I was impressed! The New Mexico Burrito and the Bean and Cheese burritos were so delicious! I can tell they were freshly made! I will order again in the future! Yum!
