This is the Full Pound Sampler and I'm sure there's more then a pound there. The sides are coleslaw, blue cheese and bacon potato salad and jalapeño cornbread. They were fast the food was delicious and I was able to get it delivered to my husband's semi truck at a nearby truck stop.

We have always loved Fire it up, we ordered two brisket platters and a side of macaroni and cheese. this is one of the only times I can say it was not good at all. the brisket tasted dry and the flavoring on the side had an off flavor, we didn't even finish it. okra was good and the potato salad was good, macaroni was horrible. It tasted like noodles that sat in water and had zero flavoring. there was next to no cheese. For how much it cost, it wasn't worth it for us. We have always loved this place but this was bad enough we wouldn't rush to come back.

The worst BBQ I've had in cartersville. Everything was cold. Brisket had no smoke ring and was dry with no flavor. The pork platter was salty and nothing but fat like they gave me the fat cap off of the butt. Fries weren't Cooked all the way through, mac & cheese had no flavor, and the brunswick stew was ok. The only thing that tasted decent was their cornbread.

The Hickory Sticks with chicken was DELICIOUS! Definitely 5 stars!!!! The BBQ Spud with brisket was good. The brisket was a little tough, so next time I'd get it with chicken. I wasn't a fan of the Mac and Cheese. I prefer a baked, creamy Mac and cheese and it was on the dryer side.
