i got some Firehouse Chili and potato soup cuz im sick. the chili was really nice but the soup was weird, like sort of sour and grainy.

No special instructions, this location takes FOREVER to make a sandwich. Ordered a bottle of sauce, they left it off. Half of our sandwiches didn't have meat on them... my wife loves their sandwiches, but out of the handful of times I've been to this location service is always lacking.

The sandwiches were good buy I thought the kids sandwich was cold but came heated. Why don't places tell you if it's hot or cold or give you the option to have it warmed or served cold? I prefer COLD subs.
