I've eaten at Firehouse for years & this is the first time I didn't like the sub. It was so dry & I think that was the reason. There was very little mayo on it. I usually received more meat. Just seemed like I was eating a lettuce & onion sub. I usually order a different sub. There was a special BOGO but I learned not to do that again. Yes I will still order from Firehouse just won't order the Hook & Ladder. Potato Soup was delicious.
Will take my free sub home & add more to it.

I always order this from firehouse subs, but this time. It was drenched in ranch. I didnt ask for extra or anything. The only thing I did different was add jalapeños this time and they just put way too much ranch on it. I couldn't even eat much of it because of how soggy the bread was. Idk how long it took my dasher to get my order but it didnt seem that long of a wait to get my food.

The Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ was delicious! The Mac & Cheese was ehh... but the sandwich made up for it. Would recommend!

I have yet to have a bad experience with Firehouse subs.
Tastes just as good as getting it fresh from the store. definitely a splurge, but always worth it
