The only issue was, the food wasn't ready when the time said not a deal but when it was the person who made it just threw it in the pick-up order box. I stood there waiting for the chips and soda. Then had to ask if I could grab the chips and a bottle of soda.

Made my sub over an hour before it was grabbed by a doordasher. Knowing this, I asked my dasher to request it be fresh, not cold, soggy, wet.....apparently the person working, in charge threw a big fit about it and "made it fresh."
Too bad it was cold, soggy and wet, cheese was congealed.

My first time ordering here and was pretty disappointed. Ordered a Firehouse Steak & Cheese® and there was barely any steak on it at all.

bought a hero and it was the worst sandwich. had to take off the roast beef or whatever it was. Nothing but gristle. Like chewing on a rubber band.
