Garlic bread was much better yesterday, especially considering they charge you extra for the garlic and butter? Loaded potato soup wasn't loaded at all. I mean loaded should include cheese and bacon, NOPE those were extra, barely had any potatoes. Paid for bowl, portion was cup size. Ridiculous pricing for very little food. Guess I'll go back to Subway or Jersey Mike's. Forgot my cookie.

Ordered from Firehouse Hero through DoorDash, and everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and made exactly to my customized requests, which I really appreciated. Delivery was prompt and within a sufficient time frame. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Horrible food. Ordered 7 small subs, all different no note saying which was which and a few of them looked the same. Some had a good amount of meat and others hardly any. For $90 total cost I will not be ordering from here again. What a huge disappointment

Firehouse in town as kinda gone downhill. We tried to give it one last shot, but my sub was covered in mayo, and my wife's wasn't supposed to have any and it looks like they tried wiping it off the bread. Next time, I'll quit being lazy and go to Jersey Mike's or an Italian restaurant in town.

Never have I ever gotten such a messy sandwich from the firehouse. Until tonight. Then it wasn't the same quality as normal either. My brownie was also missing. That could've been the dasher or the store since the bag wasn't sealed.
