The Firehouse Chili was burnt in some areas, and the beans were undercooked. The container it came in showed signs of being burnt (possibly microwaved).
The Pastrami sub had very soggy bread, despite not ordering any sauces/dressings for it.

OMGosg, this was the best sub!! Bread was so fresh and soft. First order from there so ordered a little too much sauce. Will order again from there for sure!!!!!

Ordered the Hook & Ladder® with NO pickles. I am deathly allergic to pickles. It said in big bold letters, NO PICKLES. They put a giant pickle spear in the container and it seeped onto the sandwich. The last time I ordered, I called to tell them of my allergy and the employee hung up on me before I could even get the words out.

Order was missing both pickles. The New York Steamer, which is my favorite, was the worst one I have ever received. Very minimal meat and other toppings......disappointed.

I am not sure who made rhis soggy sandwich. Not onlybwas it super soggly like aomeone poured water on it. It was missing ingredients. Instead of stacking the meat the seperated it by half. Worst sandwich ever!
