I ordered the Hook & Ladder® with a pickle spear on the side and added cheddar cheese to the sandwich for $1.25. Whilebl the sandwich was good, I did not receive my pickle spear, and my sandwich was missing the cheddar cheese I paid extra to add. my Door Dash driver apologized for how long it took the store to get my order made (over 40 minutes for one sandwich.)

The Hook & Ladder was the best sandwich I tasted. the cheese was melted perfectly, everything I asked for on the sandwich was on there. The bread wasn't toasted too long. The Turkey bacon ranch looked good. My husband said he enjoyed his sandwich. Firehouse subs is where I will be going for now on.

Yum yum yum! The Firehouse Hero® and the Cold Italian™ were great. So so good. The manager was also very helpful when I realized I had ordered too many subs. I appreciated her kindness as well as the wonderful food!

I ordered a hook & ladder no onions no mayo on wheat bread. It was the worst hooking ladder I’ve ever eaten. And it came with white bread not wheat. I’ve ordered in the store plenty of times and the service is normally always awesome but I guess when you order through DoorDash they just throw something on a sandwich and call it a hook and ladder.
