I ordered double meat for the extra 7 dollars and it barely seemed like there was extra meat at all. I ordered the same sub last week and it looks identical.

It’s understandable that people may have a bad day once in a while, but it seems that Firehouse Subs has lost the advantage of doing things correctly. At first this was the greatest sub shop in town. Everything was fantastic in the beginning. The last three times we have ordered from them we did not receive the correct things. All of the “extra” items were not put on the subs. That adds up when you add several things on each sub. I ordered a bowl of chili. It cost me over $9 got less than a cup with no cheese and onions that I paid extra for. If you add up what was ordered and not received, we are talking over $20 of items that we did not get. The sandwiches were carelessly thrown together where every bite was a surprise and tasted differently. What a shame that they have let their success ruin their product. I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

They are way overpriced. I paid almost 40 for this. Not even a 2 liter soda but a single serve 16 ounce one for over $3.
