Pancakes and mom's breakfast were great. I am glad I ordered the pancakes with my ribeye as the ribeye is SO over cooked and tough and I ordered medium rare. But a steak this thin is hard to cook medium rare. This quality of steak is what i would expect at Waffle House not a local resteraunt.
