• DoorDash reviewWe called in to inquire if we could get an order 15 min before closing on a Saturday night (placed order online.)The fellow said,” no problem, we will get your order together, true to their word they did, and 35min later a “Dasher met me in lobby of hotel. So for service-5stars
Now while on the phone we were assured of extra ketchup and malt vinegar sides. When we received our order everything was in the bag, except ketchup. Had we been home it’s no biggie as we have ketchup, but hotel no go. That is not enough to give a poor review so for closing time food and service we were pleased so 5 stars it it. Great folks work at every 5 guys I’ve tried. As for the cost, well eating out is a treat so spending a little more also not enough for bad reviews. 5 Guys are consistently delicious 😀
