Excellent taste & ALWAYS a giant pile of fantastic fries! Love that toppings are not extra! Only place we eat burgers anymore because of their fresh beef and that nothing is cooked in canola oil!

I love Five Guys. They always put a whole scoop of fries in the bag -- thats their gimmick and I love it -- a cheeseburger (in foil) surrounded by hot fries gets warm and melty and is delicious. Except when ordering delivery. Because the fries make the bag greasy, for delivery they wrap the paper bag with a plastic one. This causes steam to get trapped inside, and everything gets soggy. Great food, but much better if you eat it at the restaurant .

I understand that I ordered later in the evening around 1 hour from close, however I don't think that should effect the quality or portions of my order. The burgers were not made well and handled poorly. In addition to this I received a cup of fries that was 1/2 full (none in the bag). When I pay around 40 bucks for 2 burgers and fries I expect it to be at least somewhat well prepared, properly handled, and portioned correctly.

The little bacon cheeseburger was awesome. Made exactly as ordered! And hot and delicious!! Also try the Cajun fries, hot crispy, flavorful abs fresh!

Such a good place to eat or order from burgers aren't dry like most places the cheese is perfect and the fries are amazing
