Everything was prepared as we had requested. Burgers and hotdog were great. Cajun fries were flavorful but not too spicy. Generous portion. Little order was more than enough for two people. Shake was delicious and creamy.

The fries were warm and ok but would have been better if hot. Maybe couldn't be helped. Cheeseburger was very good but not $10.00 good. And fries should be included. We ordered for a celebration splurge. Might go with Jack Stack next time. Spent over $40 for all this once fees and tips added. Ridiculous pricing. Was craving a good burger and it was good. But too expensive. I have good burger at home in the freezer, could have waited.

The way they package their takeout is so airtight that everything was soggy, especially the bun, when it arrived and it's only 2 miles away. I've ordered burgers and fries from much greater distances without a problem. This was so gross I wound up throwing it away. I wish they'd rethink their delivery packaging. No one wants steamed fries and hamburger buns!

Paid for a Bacon Cheeseburger but it only came with one patty! This was highly unusual but aggravating due to how much this cost!
