A little pricey. But it's good. Shake is fire. Burger fire. Greasy, American deliciousness

The last few times I've been to five guys the burgers have just been so mediocre, and this is at multiple locations. No flavor in the meat it's like they don't even season it, they're too wet, and it feels like I'm paying $12-13 for a mcdonalds cheeseburger. Maybe I've outgrown it but I can't help but feel like the quality has gone down for the company overall. The strawberry milkshake is decent but Chickfila and Culvers both have much much better shakes.

My toddler loved his grill cheese & sm fry had its own brown bag of fries! Better than toys he had a bag of fwench fwies!!! He was so happy how could I not enjoy my bunless burger & fry? The onions need more carmelization as they almost raw but other on point!!!!

Ive had a few bad experiences with Five Guys. Heres the latest one.
My entire order of fries were ruined. Putting 3 large cups of fries in a flimsy paper bag then add the plastic bad to carry. Because of the heat builds condensation and water logs your fries. They need to fix this before charging a ridiculous 10.00 for fries. The hotdog would've been good but they oversauced it. They charge over 10:00 for this puck of a grilled cheese. They have to big one of the biggest overcharging burger chains out there.

Normally the fries are the best thing however this time the fries were slightly undercooked which caused them to be soggy. If they're going to justify charging what they charge they should Improve their attention to detail.
