It's cold in my apartment with no power and this hit the spot today. Thank you. Food wasn't burnt... arrived nice and warm .... and tasted great. Thank you very much.

My burger was good as usual. However, the Fries had way too much seasoning. Each bite was like taking in a spoon full of seasoning and salt. I couldn't even taste or feel the texture of the fries. There was no extra scoop of fries in the bag. With prices, this high you do notice when you get less than expected. I will say that this is the third time when ordering for delivery that the amount of fries was less than when going in.

I love Five Guys and I love Regular Cajun Fries but periodically, they will ignore the fact you ordered Cajun Fries and then you're stuck with regular fries. They're still good... but when you had a craving for cajun fries, it's a bit of a disappointment when you get regular fries instead.

It is kind of weird to see a banner saying "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE!" when I always order a hamburger but only having it on the cheeseburger. So I guess I order the cheeseburger without cheese and save $12? Or I get the regular hamburger and pay full price? This seems like an odd promotion that I guess someone wants me to have a reaction to the cheese to save money or something.... Well, OK. I guess I won't order lunch today then. It's a bit odd... but ok.

the Cheeseburger bowl version is terrible, it's not a bowl, it's just a disassembled burger. the meat isn't even hopped up or anything.
