the vegetables, proportions, and flavor were absolutely perfect, just exemplary

The food is always good, but the few times I've ordered delivery they have only filled the cup of fries up about half way. Not even close to what you get in the restaurant, and definitely not $20 worth for 2 large fries. Frustrating to pay for 2 orders and receive the equivalent of one.

This delivery 24JUN25 was a mess. Both the regular and small cups for fries were barely half full—no overflow fries in the bag like Five Guys usually gives. That’s part of what used to make it worth the price.
The burgers were sloppy and poorly assembled—missing jalapeños, mustard added when I didn’t ask for it, and huge pieces of lettuce just stuffed in without being cut to fit the bun. It honestly looked and tasted like something I’d get from Burger King… and at this point, I probably should’ve just ordered from there.
Huge drop in quality. Feels like new or seasonal staff who just don’t care. Disappointing and not at all up to Five Guys standards.

Cheeseburger and Milkshake perfectly prepared.
Fries were both lukewarm and overly salted. I was present at the store as all 3 items were completed (commendable) but the very heavily salted fries were not

Regular Cajun Fries were a bit pricey for the lack of "extra" fries you usually get. not sure if it's policy or a perk usually, but this is the first time we didn't get a bag full of fries.
our burgers were a little mixed up, the Little Cheeseburger had two regular sized bottom buns squished down. the Bacon Cheeseburger had two top buns... still good on the inside, just a bit weird.
