I've ordered from this 5 Guys before and the food is always great - I usually get the Bacon Cheeseburger with Regular Fries (got the large once and its huge too much for me). This time the delivery person did not follow instructions like previously, to call and left the food outside not inside the double doors and at the wrong door. We could not easily find it and the picture was no help. So 5 Guys gets a great rating it was the door dash delivery person who didn't follow directions, didn't call/text and left at wrong blg where it took awhile to find it and it was cold by then. Not 5 guys fault.

At the price of these burgers and fries you would think that you would be getting much better service and food unlike other fast food Burger joints. Well my wife and I ordered the cheeseburgers with our choice of adds. One of the adds that we choose on or burgers was jalapeño peppers, well we did not get them. And OMG the fries. The fries weren’t fresh, in fact they were dried out, like they had set under a lamp most of the day. Shame on you Five Guys. How can I recommend you to others with this type of service?

Always excellent food and excellent service! Their fries are more like fair fries. Delicious. And burgers are always fresh!

Being a Native Washingtonian, I have been a Patron of 5 Guys since the 1986 opening of the Columbia Pike store in Arlington, Va. Still LOVE the food and glad to see that quality & quantity has not been lost over the years!
